2. Add Waitrose jalfrezi sauce and simmer until the paneer is cooked and soft.
Chicken:
1. Heat 450g diced chicken thigh with 1 tbsp of oil and cook the chicken until sealed.
2. Add Waitrose jalfrezi sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
