Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Air fry 200C 10 mins Chilled. Preheat air fryer. Remove label, film and butter melts and place schnitzels directly in the air fryer. Turn halfway through cooking time and add butter melts. Stand for one minute. Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. …Do not reheat once cooled.

Shallow Fry (From Chilled)

Pan Fry …Chilled 4-6 mins …Medium heat. Remove all packaging and set butter melts aside. Heat 2 tsp oil in frying pan on a medium to high heat. Add schnitzels to the pan, turn halfway through cooking time and add butter melts. Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. For preparation, air fry cooking and storage instructions see reverse of label. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For best results pan fry.
