Preparation and Usage
Preparation:
This coffee has been ground especially for use in cafetieres and filter machines.
For cafetières: Put the required amount of coffee in the cafetière. We suggest 1 heaped dessert spoon (about 7g) for each 2 cup cafetière. Add freshly boiled, but not boiling, water and stir. Allow to stand for 4 minutes, stir again before plunging.
For cappuccino style coffee add hot frothy milk and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
For filter machines: Follow manufacturers guidelines for best results.
We suggest 1 heaped dessert spoon (about 7g) per 2 x cup serving be placed into the filter.
