Oven cook

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided, and cover with foil. Place foil tray onto a baking tray. Place in the oven, and cook for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil, and drain liquor. Serve. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
