Two pork rib halves slow cooked with spices, with a sachet of mixed spice
2 half pork belly rack of ribs cooked for 10 hours, with a Memphis inspired mustard and herb dry rub. Ready to eat in 25 minutes Serves 2. Our pork belly ribs have been tumbled with a Memphis inspired rub and then slow cooked for 10 hours for you, so the meat is succulent and tender; all you have to do is finish in the oven with the dry seasoning blend for 25 mins. Our pork comes from British outdoor bred pigs, housed in straw bedded airy barns.

Oven cook

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Remove meat from packaging, and place onto a baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle contents of sachet over both sets of ribs, and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
