We've done the time-consuming bit, slow cooking them for 10 hours so the meat is meltingly tender, and making sure the gravy has tons of flavour. Stir fry (From Chilled)

Air fry: 180°C …30 mins. Preheat air fry. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Place product in the air fryer, turning halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for one minute. … Heat the gravy in a small pan on medium heat, once simmering cook for 3-4 minutes until piping hot, serve with the lamb. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

For best results oven heat …Preheat oven. Place sauce sachet to one side. Empty meat and juices into foil tray provided and cover with foil. Remove foil, drain off juices return to the oven uncovered for final 15 minutes. Heat the gravy in a small pan on medium heat, once simmering cook for 3-4 minutes until piping hot, serve with the lamb. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
