OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Remove meat and sachet from pack, putting sachet to one side. Empty contents of the bag into foil tray provided, and cover with foil. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil, and dispose of cooking liquor. Pour sachet contents into a saucepan. Heat over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until piping hot. To serve, pour gravy over the meat. (Time 30, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
