British beef in a savoury gravy encased in shortcrust pastry.
We make the filling for our Steak Pie with chunks of tender British chuck steak, braised in a rich gravy made with proper beef stock that's been slowly simmered for a deep, savoury flavour, and onions sautéed in beef dripping. It all goes into crumbly shortcrust pastry, glazed with free range egg so the pie comes out of the oven crisp and golden. Higher welfare. We work exclusively with British farmers who share our animal welfare values.
