Ingredients

  • 50ml mezcal
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 20ml agave syrup
  • Ice
  • 15ml Triade Rosso, Italy

Method

  1. Put mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup and ice in a shaker; shake till cold. Strain into a rocks glass filled with more ice.

  2. Hold a teaspoon upside down just above the drink’s surface, then trickle over the wine to create a layer.
