What is it?

Our new en papillote-style fish is wrapped in paper to retain its juices and flavours. It makes it easy to lift out the tray, too. 

Simply bake & serve

There’s no need to touch the raw fish or even pierce the film before cooking. Just pop the tray in the oven – the fillets will steam in the paper.
