Put 50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin, 25ml elderflower liqueur, 12.5ml lime juice and 75ml pressed apple juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled copa. Garnish with a sprig of mint, cucumber and an edible flower
