Dry-ageing naturally tenderises the meat which deepens the flavour giving a rich, buttery taste and melt-in-the-mouth texture. All our No.1 dry-aged Hereford beef is carefully hand selected and hung on the bone in a 'dry' temperature-controlled environment to age for 30 days
