MEAL MATHS – SMOKED TOFU ROLLS

Ready in 10 minutes | Serves 4

SCROLL DOWN TO ADD INGREDIENTS

1. Warm the rolls for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C, gas mark 6.

2. Meanwhile, cut the tofu into 1cm thick slices. Warm a little sunflower oil in a frying or griddle pan over a high heat. Fry the tofu for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and piping hot throughout.

3. Split the rolls, spread each one with Dijonnaise, pile some tofu on top and finally the sauerkraut. Serve immediately, with extra Dijonnaise on the side.
