    Ingredients

    35ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
    15ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
    20ml cherry brandy
    1 tsp Waitrose & Partners Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce
    ice, to shake
    dark chocolate, grated, to serve (optional)
    maraschino cherry, to serve (optional)

    Method

    1. Combine all the ingredients and the ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until cold. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Scatter over a little chocolate and add a maraschino cherry, if liked.
