Pork fajitas with guacamole

500g essential Waitrose British Pork Mince
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, diced
395g can essential Waitrose Kidney Beans in Chilli Sauce
2 essential Waitrose Tomatoes, diced
1 ripe essential Waitrose Waitrose Foundation Avocado, roughly mashed
1 tbsp hot sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Half Fat Mayonnaise
320g pack 8 Discovery Plain Flour Tortillas
1. Fry the pork and pepper for 2–3 minutes until browned. Add the kidney beans, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, mix the tomatoes, mashed avocado, chilli sauce and mayonnaise together and season.
3. Heat the tortillas according to pack instructions. Divide the mince between them, top with guacamole, roll up and serve.
