    Tuna, bean & rice salad

    300g essential Waitrose Basmati Rice
    2 x 200g cans essential Waitrose Tuna Steak in Spring Water, drained
    400g can essential Waitrose Mixed Bean Salad, drained and rinsed
    1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, chopped
    2 tbsp essential Waitrose Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp essential Waitrose White Wine Vinegar

    1. Cook the rice in boiling water for 10 - 12 minutes, drain and rinse with warm water. Stir in the tuna, beans and onions.

    2. Whisk together the oil and vinegar, season well and stir into the rice mixture. Serve immediately.
