Cooking Info
Hob Simmer 10-15 mins. Place 250g of Sushi rice in a bowl with cold water, gently mix by hand and drain. Repeat above step 3 to 5 times until the water becomes clear. Add washed rice to 400ml of fresh cold water in a saucepan, bring to boil. Simmer on low heat with lid on for 10 to 15 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat stand for 10 minutes with lid on. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. 75g of dry rice gives approximately 230g when cooked.
