Sabrina Ghayour's Sticky Harissa Chicken

Iran-born chef and best-selling author Sabrina Ghayour cooks up this sweet and spicy chicken dish from her home kitchen in Yorkshire. 

This dish, from Sabrina's latest book Simply, is super-easy to make and ready in 30 minutes. "The recipe embodies all the qualities I like in a chicken dish - sticky, savoury, spicy, crunchy and utterly delicious. It reminds me of Cantonese sticky chicken dishes, but with a little more oomph and, more importantly, it can be easily created at home."
