easy meal idea
Spicy oven-baked chicken goujons & chips
Bring a little spice to a family favourite. Cut chunky chips from large potatoes (skin on or off) then toss them on a baking tray with savoury all-purpose seasoning and a drizzle of vegetable oil; move to a hot oven. Dip chicken breast strips into flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs combined with a generous spoonful of savoury all-purpose seasoning. Bake alongside the chips until crisp and thoroughly cooked with no pink meat remaining and juices that run clear. Serve together with a salad, or seasonal vegetables.
