easy Meal idea

Spicy roast cauliflower
Sprinkle over cauliflower and roast in the oven for a brilliant side dish, which makes full use of the whole vegetable – leaves, core and all.

  1. Separate a cauliflower into even-sized, chunky florets. Keep the leaves whole, but chop the thick core into bite-sized chunks. Wash and allow to dry thoroughly.
  2. Mix 1 tbsp Gunpowder Spice Blend with 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Tip this mix over the cauli, rubbing it in so that it’s fully covered. Transfer to a 220ºC oven and roast for 20 minutes, or until charred at the edges and tender, while still retaining some bite.
