If you are a myWaitrose member, you can use Quick Check – it’s simple, and one of the fastest ways to shop with us. Just scan and pack as you shop, then pay at the Self Checkout Area. You can use your smartphone as a handset if you prefer – just download the Quick Check app.
Collections and returns
Many of our stores offer a grocery collection service in the car park. Check if your local store offer car park collection
Think green: please consider others and the environment and turn off your engine if you're waiting in the car park.
You can return your John Lewis order in store or to your Waitrose delivery driver.
We continue to increase our delivery capacity, so if you feel more comfortable shopping with us online, we have plenty of slots available.

GUIDE & ASSISTANCE DOGS
Customers accompanied by a guide or assistance dog are welcome in our shops and cafes. Our Partners are trained to identify the dogs wearing an appropriate collar or harness.
Our Partners are happy to help with shopping, packing and carrying to the car. If you need this service, please ask at the Welcome Desk. Find out what other services, such as wheelchair trolleys, are available at your local branch here.
DISABILITY AWARENESS TRAINING
Our in-store Disability Awareness Champions raise awareness among fellow Partners of disability, and the best ways to help any customers in need. Many have also been trained to support shoppers with dementia.
