This mulled cider brined turkey breast, has a fragrant Christtmas ham stuffing and is topped with a smoked cranberry butter. Finished with a marmalade glaze.

They audit farms independently to ensure high standards of animal welfare and food safety are maintained.
How do I cook the turkey?
Gas 5, electric oven 190°C, fan oven 170°C. Cooking time 1hr 40mins . Preheat oven. Remove the box & bag, and cover loosely with kitchen foil. Place the foil container on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven. Remove the kitchen foil for the last 15 minutes. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the breast is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes and retest. Once cooked cover with kitchen foil and allow to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving.
