Preparation: To open, pull tab on rim to break.
Do not reheat once cooled.

Gentle heat (5-6 mins). Empty contents into a pan. Heat gently, stirring continuously, until piping hot. Stir before serving.
Microwave (From Frozen)
Cat D 800W (13 mins), Cat E 900W (12 mins), Cat E 1000W (11 mins). Microwave ovens vary: Refer to handbook. Remove lid. Lay the lid back onto the pot and place on a microwaveable plate. Stir halfway through heating.
After heating, stir and stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
