Pan Fry. High/Medium Heat. 10-12 mins. Preheat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add the meatballs and seal on high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce to medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turn frequently to prevent burning. Ensure they are steaming hot all the way through, any juices run clear and there is no pink or rare meat inside. Do not reheat once cooled.
