Oven cook

From Chilled/Ambient

Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove film, lift out the schnitzels on the baking parchment and place onto the preheated baking tray. Place tray in the centre of the oven for 23-25 minutes. Check food is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot before serving. For best results, separate the 2 Schnitzels on the baking parchment before cooking. (Time 23-25 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
