Oven cook

Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove film and sleeve, lift out schnitzel on the baking parchment and place onto the preheated baking tray. Place tray in centre of oven. Check food is cooked throughly and there is no pink meat. For best results, separate the 2 Schnitzels on baking tray before cooking. (Time 20-22 mins, Oven: 200C, Fan: 180C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
