Esprit d'Étéis a twist on a classic dry gin; rich in fresh citrus, infused with both bergamot and orange peel, then balanced with the warm spice of galangal root and piny juniper. It is the creation of Laura Parton and Joseph Blenkinsop, winners of the Waitrose Gin Showcase 2016. Their passion for experimentation and enjoyment of cocktails inspired them to blend a spirit that has a Summery, fragrant nose and a crisp, complex finish on the palate - perfect for a G & T and for more adventurous mixes.
