Maris Piper potatoes
Maris piper potatoes are a firm favourite across the UK. They're so versatile - both firm and fluffy - making them a great choice for a wide range of potato dishes, including roast, mash and wedges. They're particularly good for making chunky chips as they'll crisp up well on the outside and stay firm to the bite in the centre. For an even more crispy, fluffy and tasty treat you can take your chips to a new level by tripple-cooking. They're well worth the additional time and effort.
