Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. For use by date, see front of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date.

Cooking Instructions (General)
Preparation: Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Two or more packs may require further cooking time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 6, 200°C Fan 180°C, 25 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet aside. Place beef meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 15 minutes. Open glaze sachet and spread evenly onto the top of each beef meatball. Return to oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Oven cook (From Frozen)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet into warm water for 5 minutes. Place beef meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Open glaze sachet and spread evenly onto the top of each beef meatball. Return to oven and cook for a further 25 minutes.
Air Fry (From Chilled)
200°C, 7 mins
Based on air fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per pack. Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging and place glaze sachet aside, or into warm water for 5 minutes if frozen. Place products in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer.
Open sachet and spread evenly onto the top of each beef meatball. Program air fryer to cook for the time shown. Turn halfway through cooking time. Stand for one minute. Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. Do not reheat once cooled. Please check manufacturer's instructions.
