Stock brined skin on butterflied British chicken breast with a salt and pepper sprinkle and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese and truffle butter.

Our No. 1 Butterflied Chicken Breast with Truffle & Parmigiano Reggiano adds a touch of luxury to simple roast chicken. The chicken breast is brined for succulence, and perfectly seasoned. It comes with a rich, savoury butter blended with black summer truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano, to add towards the end of cooking so it melts over the chicken. Delicious with new potatoes and a green vegetable medley. All our chicken is from slower reared breeds, raised with more space, by farmers who share our higher welfare values. At Waitrose, Better Chicken is our standard. Find out more about how we're first for animal welfare.
