Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven for 40 minutes. Remove film and heat for further 25 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 65 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
