Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 10 mins per 100g +15 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging, keep the sachet to one side.
Place on a roasting tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes per 100g.
After this time remove from the oven, discard the cooking juices and pour the contents of the sachet over the joint evenly. Return to the oven for 15 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 20 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled.
