Oven cook
From Frozen
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap the fish in lightly oiled foil and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 30 - 35 mins, Oven: 180, Fan: 160, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
Stir fry
From Chilled
PAN FRY CHILLED 8 - 10 mins. For best results pan fry. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Remove all packaging. Heat oil in pan over a low heat. Place fish skin side down into the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
