These melt in the mouth cheese thins are baked to create ninety crisp, delicate layers. Irresistibly moreish, these snacks are a speciality of the Dutch city of Delft and were created by a local baker over 60 years ago. Theyre made with a generous amount of nutty, mature Gouda cheese from Hollands De Graafstroom dairy.
