Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. …Remove all packaging and retain parchment paper. Place wellington with parchment paper onto a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. For best results, lightly brush pastry with beaten egg before baking. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. To serve: For best results trim approx. 2cm or the pastry ends first, then slice into 6 portions with a large serrated knife using a light sawing action. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 55-60 mins, Oven: 210°C, Fan: 190°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
