Cooking Instructions (General)
Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, (15mins)
Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place the chicken kebabs on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 12 mins. While the chicken is cooking place the sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for a further 3 mins until thoroughly cooked and no pink meat remains. Check food is piping hot. Two or more packs may require further cooking time.
Oven cook (From Frozen)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, (30mins)
Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place the chicken on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 15 mins. After 15 mins use tongs to spread kebabs evenly on the tray. Cook for a further 12 mins. While the chicken is cooking place the sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for a further 3 mins until thoroughly cooked and no pink meat remains. Check food is piping hot. Two or more packs may require further cooking time.
Air Fry (From Chilled)
Defrost before air frying: 180°C/10 mins.
Based on air fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per pack. Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Place products in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for the time shown. While the chicken is cooking place the sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled. Two or more packs may require further cooking time.
