Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.One of the main components of Thai cuisine, rice noodles are widely used in both hot and cold dishes. Highly versatile and naturally gluten free, they are made from a paste of rice flour and water that is steamed, formed, cut and then dried. Our folded rice noodles are ideal for soups, salads and stir fry's, but are most traditionally used in the world's most popular rice noodle dish, Pad Thai.

    Preparation and Usage

    Cooking Instructions: Boil 1 litre of water and remove from the heat. For 2 people, soak 100g noodles in the boiled water for 5-10 mins (or until soft), then drain and rinse. If not serving immediately, rinse in cold water to stop them cooking further. Serve hot or cold. Try with Thai Taste pad Thai sauce for he ultimate stir fry!

    For 2 people, soak 100g of Thai Taste Folded Rice Noodles in 1 litre of boiling water for 10-12 minutes. When soft, drain and rinse in cold water.
