Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add meat. Brown off meat on both sides. Transfer to a casserole dish, add vegetables and add a stock of your choice. Place in the centre of the oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1-1 hour 30 mins, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark 3)
