Grill from frozen. Medium heat 17 mins. Preheat grill to a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Evenly spread out the mackerel fillets onto a wire rack lined with lightly greased aluminum foil. Place under the preheated grill and cook. Turn 3 times during cooking (approximately every 4 minutes).

Pan Fry from chilled. Medium heat 10 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the mackerel fillets skin side down into the pan. Cook over a medium heat. Turn 3 times during cooking (approximately every 2 1/2 minutes).
