Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. For use by date see front of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 25 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place kebabs on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
Barbecue (From Chilled)
Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
Cooking Instructions (General)
Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Check food is piping hot appliances vary. This is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.
Air Fry (From Chilled)
180°C, 12 mins
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place kebabs in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for 12 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for one minute.
