Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Do not reheat once cooled.
Gas 5, 190°C, Fan 170°C, 15-17 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the kebabs on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and finish on the barbecue.
