Pork shoulder slow cooked with a rub, with a sachet of sweet and smoky barbecue sauce.

Succulent pork slow cooked for 10 hours, with a smoky barbecue sauce, made quick enough for a midweek feast. Just finish in the airfryer - it's ready in 20 minutes, and enough for 2. Shred and pile into brioche buns with a crunchy cabbage slaw and pickles, or try it in tacos with pink pickled onions and crunchy lettuce. ……HIGHER WELFARE …All our pigs are reared to higher welfare standards by British farmers who share our values.
