Remove all packaging, trim if desired and wash thoroughly.

Place into a pan of simmering water and cook for 5-8 minutes or until tender. Drain and leave to stand for 1-2 minutes.
Steam
From Chilled
5-8 mins
Place into a steamer and cook for 5-8 minutes or until tender. Leave to stand for 1-2 minutes.
Stir Fry
From Chilled
Medium heat 5 mins
Heat some oil in a pan add the vegetables and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes or until tender. Stand for 1-2 minutes.
