Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Put the Mars Bar chunks and cream in a nonstick pan and melt over a low heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until you have a thick sauce. Add a pinch of salt, then take off the heat.
Meanwhile, thread the fruit chunks onto the skewers. Grill on the barbecue for about 2 minutes on each side until slightly charred and softened. Serve with the sauce to drizzle over or dunk.
