James Gin Asian Parsnip

“Our experiment turned into a gin-fuelled monster,” jokes TV presenter, journalist and pub landlord James May. Eden Mill Golf Gin

This Scottish gin features botanicals, such as heather, hand-foraged from the Old Course in St Andrews, the world’s oldest golf course. “We also use kombu seaweed, which adds a subtly saline touch,” explains head distiller Scott Ferguson, who’s passionate about using local produce.
