    Grilled breakfast papaya

    1 large ripe papaya
    1 unwaxed lime
    4 tbsp light brown
    soft sugar
    160g coconut or plain yogurt
    40-80g granola


    1 Preheat the grill to medium. Halve the papaya, discard the seeds and put the fruit in a snug-fitting dish. Zest and juice the lime into a small bowl. Stir in the sugar, then spoon the mixture over the papaya. Grill for 8-10 minutes, until the top is caramelised and brown. Serve with a generous dollop of yogurt, topped with granola.
