Lime amaretto sours

You can also add it to one of your existing cookbooks
50ml lime juice (from 2-3 limes)
6 large ice cubes, plus extra small handful ice for shaking
lime zest, to serve (optional)
1. Shake the amaretto, lime juice and a small pinch of fine salt together over ice in a cocktail shaker or lidded jar. Divide the large ice cubes between 2 short tumblers. Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice and serve scattered with lime zest, if liked.
