Ingredients

  • 25ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka
  • 12½ml Disaronno Originale
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 40ml cranberry juice
  • orange peel, to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake. Fine-strain into a martini glass and garnish with flamed orange peel (see tip below), if liked.

COOK'S TIP

Flamed orange peel

Make this by running a thick slice of orange peel through a flame. Squeeze the peel to release drops of oil. Take care not to burn your fingers!
