WHO CAN ENTER
This competition is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over with a valid email address, except for employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this competition. Proof of age may be required.
By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this competition. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
Purchase of any Stella Artois Unfiltered product, subject to availability online and/or in store, from Waitrose is necessary. You will need your receipt number to enter. There is no charge to submit an entry via the website at www.waitrose.com/winwithStellaArtoisUnfiltered
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
Entries must be received between 00:01 on 15th of June 2022 and 23:59 on the 12th of July (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, simply go to www.waitrose.com/winwithStellaArtoisUnfiltered, follow the competition instructions at the top of the page and submit your details and other required information using the online form provided.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition.
THE PRIZE
One winner will win a Michelin Chef experience in their home.
A Michelin trained chef will cook for you and up to 6 guests in the winner’s home.
A Photographer will be available to take photos and record the experience.
A perfect draft machine serving Stella Unfiltered will be provided. This will come with 2 x 10-pint kegs.
Food and plates will be supplied, and the winner can work with the chef on a menu they would like, subject to availability.
Winner to provide own cutlery, glasses.
The chef will need to be at the house 1 hour and a half before to finish preparation.
The winner must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for them and/or their guests and have the menu finalised 2 weeks prior to the date of the Prize.
The Prize will be arranged by email/phone between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. Once the prize details, including dates, where applicable is confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
The Prize will be subject to the availability of the Michelin Chef.
The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to terminate the Prize at any point during its occurrence if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter, the chef or any party associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves, to the chef or any parties associated with the Prize, or are in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or acts in a way which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the termination of the Prize.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby grant the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) the exclusive right to film, tape, sound record and photograph all their activities in connection with the Promotion and (if applicable) any prizes. Everything filmed, taped or recorded by the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) shall be known as “Footage”.
All entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Promoter with full title guarantee (and by way of present assignment of present and future rights) all intellectual property rights in any “Footage” throughout the world for the full unexpired period of such rights and all renewals, reversions and extensions of such period as may be provided under any applicable law throughout the world.
The winner can receive the photos and videos.
Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.
Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
WINNER SELECTION
All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random.
The winner’s details (surname and county only) will be available for 8 weeks after the Closing Date by sending a request to the Promoter by at Waitrose Limited, Media Team, Floor 2, Waite House, Doncastle Road, Southern Industrial Area, Bracknell RG12 8YA, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, or alternatively by emailing customerserviceteam@waitrose.co.uk.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the competition entry. The winners will be required to respond within 30 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.
Please allow 28 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you have opted-in to receive further information or marketing from any of the Promoter’s agents or suppliers involved in the administration of this competition, you understand and accept that the relevant third party will be solely responsible for any processing of your personal data for these purposes, that such processing will be governed by terms of that third party’s privacy policy and that the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in association with any such data processing for these purposes.
GENERAL
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the competition into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
This competition and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
