It amazes me that, although we are surrounded by some of the best fish in the world, we Brits cook so little of it at home. I’ve made it my mission to encourage people to cook and eat more seafood; it’s good for you and it’s the original convenience food, most of it taking just a few minutes to cook. 

If you’re worried about the smell lingering after cooking, just wash chopping boards and utensils in cold water before hot, and make sure that any scraps are immediately wrapped and deposited in an outdoor bin. Easy!”
