What does green tikka masala paste taste like?
Creaminess from the coconut, fragrance from the curry leaves and vibrancy from the mint and coriander leaf, all backed up by the warmth of aromatic spices including turmeric and cumin, coriander and fenugreek seeds.
Tips, Tricks & hacks
- Use a jar of Green Tikka Masala paste as a base for curry.
- Stir a couple of tablespoons through natural yogurt for a marinade for chicken and fish – and a dip for poppadoms.
- Add a spoonful to an aloo or paneer saag.
- Swirl into soups, chowders or dals.
- Spread over vegetables, meat and fish before grilling, roasting or sautéing.
- Make the ultimate spicy chicken sandwich by spreading a generously sized dollop over ciabatta. Finish with mayo and crisp lettuce.
- Rub over a whole cauliflower before roasting for an impressive vegan centrepiece.

Green coconut noodle broth
A coconutty rice noodle broth infused with the rich flavours Green Tikka Masala Paste makes a great lunch.
- Add a little oil to a pan and some fry chopped salad onion (white parts), julienned ginger and chilli flakes for 1 minute, then add a jar of Green Tikka Masala Paste. Fry for 1 minute, then tip in 1 x 400ml tin of coconut milk.
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Add some some leftover roast chicken or a few prawns, along with some rice noodles towards the end of cooking to soften.
- Squeeze over ½ a lime, then serve, garnished with coarsely chopped coriander and/or mint and strips of the green parts of your salad onions.
