Oven cook (From Chilled)
Remove all packaging. Dust the lamb in seasoned flour. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add 400 ml of stock. Cover, place in oven and cook for remaining time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear . Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1 hour 30 mins, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark 3)
